Wrap the beef in  Oishi Film

Dry age beef from 15 - 60 days in refridgerator

Cook your beef in your favourite style of cooking!  Enjoy!

After ageing, take out the beef and trim the pellicles, that is, the dry hard rim from the beef.  Save the pellicles for later use.
